Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide
We currently offer a FREE shipping worldwide for all orders.
After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 days (except weekends) to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. Due to high demand all the orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Shenzhen where we stock a large quantity of the products. Shipping is also based on your location;
Please expect 7-14 business days ( US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, EU countries may take a few extra days) after order processing to receive your package depending on your location
Please note: We do not ship during weekend. If you placed the order during weekend then we will process and ship it out on Monday
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-3 days for tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order on our tracking page
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. We can not cancel the order once it's processed and shipped out. Please contact to our customer service before you receive shipment confirmation email.
If you have already received shipment confirmation email that means your order has left our warehouse and it is on its way to you.
